We Are Wild

In the sea of Hoenn a well known city sits within the crater of a volcano, the eastern portion of the volcano underwater, allowing boats to come and go as they please. Sootopolis City has for a long time been known as a peaceful place where people enjoy visiting for vacations. However what they don't about is the wild factor. In the large city is a world few know about where you need to steal food to survive and, on most occasions, you'll need to fight someone who has an advantage over you. Your adventures will be different no matter who you are, a human or a pokémon. Sootopolis City may be a place where legends slumber but the elements of Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light, and Darkness aren't going to go to sleep any time soon! ~~~ Where most Pokémon sites feature trainers traveling across a region We Are Wild shows us a different side of Pokémon! Where many things can happen, the wild life of Pokémon is where we're at. In particular the wild life of Sootopolis City where the many Pokémon groups tend to get into magor skirmishes. You can play either a Pokémon or a Human here in We Are Wild. In the Out Of Character realm many more things are there for you to do such as play games, compete in contest, and even buy caves (houses) for your wild pokémon. In Doom Den many plots are being thought up while in the General Board you can talk about things that don't have something to do with any other (sub-)board. Our Leaders Fire-Bird \| Tide-Waker Hail-Skull IMPORTANT IN CHARACTER! Deep in the snowy regions of Hoenn evil is rising, icy hearts rising deep from underground. A whole new group of pokémon who aren't picked by their type. They are simply a group because of their similar hearts; colder than snow and more dangerous than and toxin. Weather After many days of intense hail apon the city, the Castform Covenant decided that their reasons had been long fulfilled, and the hail has stopped, the clouds vapourised to let the sun shine once more. Or at least, until natural circumstances returned, leaving snow to cover the city instead, as well as the rest of the island. Time for the wild pokémon to stock up the food, and the humans to keep inside where it's warm...and repair the smashed windows if you need to. ^^;;

“Blah.”

Flicking the new berry he was toying with to the side carelessly, the end of Lugia’s muzzle wrinkled into a scowl as he cast the nearby waters a suspicious glance. Sharpedo. Remembering the name once more, another angry shudder forced his wings into a fist. If anything made the easy-going legendary’s blood boil, it was Sharpedos.

“Ick. Sharpedos are nasty! They cheat, lie, and try to bite you in the back when you’re not looking! Icky mean things, they are. No worries, Zeem- we won’t go near THEM at all! I promise!”

Hissing at the sea in emphasis, Lugia scooted a little farther away from the water with a sneer. Once satisfied with the distance, the aquatic legendary nodded haughtily to itself, giving Zeem a careful glance before toying with a more plump berry at hand.

“Mmmhm... Electric mice? Do I see many? Lesse… um… occasionally I see them, usually battling with a trainer or just strolling around. There are a few running around here and there too… If you look for them, you’ll prolly find them! Electrics mouses run all over the place! I’ll help you look!”

Now that would be a good idea. Well, at least for the moment. The creature was massive, they'd be able to travel far in no time, have no fears of getting caught or eaten, and Lugia could probably brush a forest away if it found him some more of his kind to see. But that would be as much a trouble as an advantage... When Zeem had first seen Lugia, he immediately assumed the worst and wanted to flee. With Lugia, even the most courageous of pokemon would feel no place with him, certainly not one of such a recklessly hyper personality...

But still. "Can you do that? That would be fantastic if you could!" Zeem said, pushing himself up from the stickyness of the juice, some of the white feather faintly stuck to his back. "It would be great to see some more of us...just try not to scare them away or eat them, please?" He continued with a temporary frown. "I'm sure you'd feel pretty grim if you had to see one of the last of your kind be crushed before you can get to know them..."

“Do? Yes yes!”

Deciding against hopping up suddenly, the painful sting of Zeem’s tap on his eye still fresh, Lugia slowly stood up, extending his long neck to its fullest. If Zeem though he was high up before… Smiling placidly, the legendary took in a deep breath and surveyed the upper most branches of the trees carefully.

Just for the sake of moving- his neck was feeling cramped.

“Eat? Ycuk- Zeem no tastey sweet, why would Raichu or Pikachu taste better? Okiiiiiiies! I’ll do my best! ”

Giving Zeem a mock salute, a goofy grin was plastered on his silver mouth. Until that last comment… Looking at the ground, Lugia couldn’t even nod… If only he knew… But that was sometime ago- and he had promised he wouldn’t let that bring him down. Smiling bitterly, a sardonic twinkle in his eye, the Sea Guardian simply shook this off- quite literally. Hoping the sudden ‘earthquake’ had gotten Zeem’s attention away from his silence, the merry façade was back in place just as quickly.

“Right Zeem, we should get tons of berries to take to your compadres- some pokemon told me that a while ago, its like buddy*… I think…- so they won’t be terrified and we can get their attention! Who can resist fooooooooooood, right?”

The shaking of the head didn't go to the Pichu's own head too much, though it at least helped with unsticking himself a little better, letting him crawl up and peer over the Lugia's eyebrows. Woulda been a pretty painful fall otherwise, and the height still remained something that was tough to adjust to. He was barely half a foot tall; climbing trees was sketchy enough as it was, but at least he could to some extent trust the creature he'd be flying on.

"Well, you can't go wrong with some berries, i guess." Zeem lay himself back onto the white fur, on the less sticky patch, even if his own fur would still inevitably do it to some extent. It still kept its yellow colour, though. "D'you want to grab a few then? I bet your wings can hold a fair few and still keep in the air. I could hold...one? Best not leave that one for me." He shrugged. "Ready when you are..."

“Nope nope! Berries are goooooooooooooooooooooooood~!”

Emphasizing his point by taking up a particularly large berry, Lugia held it at their eye level and looked at it fondly. Blowing on it gently, the legendary promptly rubbed it against his chest feathers, making the plump berry glitter some in the sunlight. Well, a little anyway… Shining berries was a bit awkward.

“Mmmmm… Okay!”

Poking the large berry into Zeem’s stomach, trying to be as gentle as possible, the Guardian attacked the bush, plucking out some berries and holding them in his wings. Good enough.

“I’m ready then!”

Dashing on the clear stretch of beach, strangely faster than you’d think a colossal bird could, Lugia suddenly jumped up high and appeared ready to dive in the water. Catching the salty breeze in his wide wings before the plunged into the ocean depths, Lugia glided close to the waves, brushing the tip of his feathers in the cool water.

Climbing higher, almost crashing into a wingull in the process, the legendary looked up at Zeem questioningly.

“Oh, right… Where do you want to go? If you know an area where there might be more pichus… or raichus… or pikachus…”

It would seem a bit of an awkward aim to push a berry into the stomach of a pichu, sitting on his head, who wasn't much bigger than the berry itself...but he managed to grip into it, keeping it balanced through the ascent, along with himself. It was tempting to slip down alongside the pile of berries which was being held, but the trickle of colour which still managed to loosen into the long fall below, along with the height itself, put him off completely, and he recoiled back into the white feathers.

He'd have probably found himself gripping onto a leg instead if the Lugia had actually dived into the water, but he wasn't quite knowledgeable enough to care. He just had to keep himself from losing hold from the speed and power of Lugia's ascent. "You're the one who's actually seen them, can't you take a guess? If i knew where to look, i'd be heading there." Zeem managed to get enough breath out to speak his response, looking up ahead, but unable to tell where they were or were heading. He'd just have to trust for now...

(I was under the impression that you still had a post to write, since you hadn't said anything for two weeks..

So yeah, a new topic it would be. As the larger pokemon i think it would be a better cue for you to make the first entry. ^^ Perhaps the forest?)
