We Are Wild

In the sea of Hoenn a well known city sits within the crater of a volcano, the eastern portion of the volcano underwater, allowing boats to come and go as they please. Sootopolis City has for a long time been known as a peaceful place where people enjoy visiting for vacations. However what they don't about is the wild factor. In the large city is a world few know about where you need to steal food to survive and, on most occasions, you'll need to fight someone who has an advantage over you. Your adventures will be different no matter who you are, a human or a pokémon. Sootopolis City may be a place where legends slumber but the elements of Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light, and Darkness aren't going to go to sleep any time soon! ~~~ Where most Pokémon sites feature trainers traveling across a region We Are Wild shows us a different side of Pokémon! Where many things can happen, the wild life of Pokémon is where we're at. In particular the wild life of Sootopolis City where the many Pokémon groups tend to get into magor skirmishes. You can play either a Pokémon or a Human here in We Are Wild. In the Out Of Character realm many more things are there for you to do such as play games, compete in contest, and even buy caves (houses) for your wild pokémon. In Doom Den many plots are being thought up while in the General Board you can talk about things that don't have something to do with any other (sub-)board. A whole new group of pokémon who aren't picked by their type. They are simply a group because of their similar hearts; colder than snow and more dangerous than and toxin. Weather After many days of intense hail apon the city, the Castform Covenant decided that their reasons had been long fulfilled, and the hail has stopped, the clouds vapourised to let the sun shine once more. Or at least, until natural circumstances returned, leaving snow to cover the city instead, as well as the rest of the island. Time for the wild pokémon to stock up the food, and the humans to keep inside where it's warm...and repair the smashed windows if you need to. ^^;;

^{Rules.
We may hate them, we may love them, but we all need them.

• No godmooding or powerplaying. This happens to be one of the most basic rules in all of role playing. Godmooding is when you make your character perfect and royal. Powerplaying is when you make a character that doesn’t belong to you do something without the owner’s permission. Really, if you don’t even know what godmooding or powerplaying is, you shouldn’t even be here.

• Be at least semi-literate! Look, I'm not expecting a post that's meant to be in a book- you can if you want- but please make a good sized effort to make a good post. If you really can't think or are in a hurry, at least try.

• Please, don't use characters which don't belong to you or you have not created. You can create a character in the Character's board and then you can use it to roleplay with once your character had been approved.

• Romance is a funny way to express feelings but please, some of these member are in elementary school (or Junior High). I ask you that you keep such romance to a good level, around PG13.

• Use some form of OOC. This includes parenthesis and ‘ooc://’ before an OOC post or portion of a post.It stands for out of character. Please, we need to know, even for OOC only post, which we don't need much of. However, OOC isn't needed in the boards of the General Category, since it's all out of character (save of Other Role Plays in WAW's Arcade).

• No chatspeak. Really, I don’t mind it in the c-box, and I don’t mind the ‘g2g’ and the ‘brb’ you spot every-so-often, but no creating long lines of chatspeak. It is hard to read and annoying.

• Don't be a gore fanatic. We keep WAW to a good level of PG13, no higher. Even though they take out the blood from the games and animé, when you get bitten by a Mightyena, there has to at least be a trickle of blood. Just a warning.

• Legendary pokémon are forbidden for normal members! The only people who can control legendary pokémon would be the Administrators. Shiny pokémon can still be used but they are extremely rare. They actually cost Coins (see the Character’s Page for details).

• Don't discuss religion. Simple.

• Wilds are needed, but keep trainers to a small limit. For every trainer that you want you will need to pay in Coins. The only exceptions to this would be the trainers needed for plots.

• Swearing is allowed. I don't want anything that will get anyone kicked off, however. Don’t use the word which means ‘a female dog’ and etc.

• Please, please, if you don’t like this forum for any reason, don’t start flaming us! Really, if you don’t like this forum, simply go to a different one. I am fully aware that we are quite a bit less strict and may allowed things others don’t like but, really, is that a good reason to get mad? If you do even dare try to flame us I will not ban you but you will be watched constantly whenever you try to flame us. If it gets very bad you will be banned. This leads to our last rule…

• Have fun! If you’re not happy you’re free to leave, not that we would like it. Members leaving are always going to be a painful experience. But if you’re really unhappy, you may go. If you’re having fun then we hope you will continue to role play like that!
